HaulPath — Terms of Service & Disclaimer

Last updated: May 29, 2026

Welcome, and thanks for using HaulPath. HaulPath is a digital tool created by Snatched Schedule to help commercial drivers plan routes and track profit and expenses. By purchasing, downloading, or using HaulPath, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully — especially the routing and liability sections.

1. What HaulPath Is (and Isn't)

HaulPath is a planning and tracking aid. It helps you map out routes and keep track of loads, income, and expenses. HaulPath is not a certified or real-time navigation system, and it is not a substitute for a commercial-grade GPS, professional judgment, or official road information.

2. Routing Disclaimer — Please Read

Any routes, directions, or distances HaulPath provides are for general planning purposes only. HaulPath does not guarantee that a route is legal, safe, open, or appropriate for your specific vehicle, height, weight, axle configuration, cargo, or hazardous-materials class.

You — the driver — are solely responsible for:

  • Verifying every route before and during your trip;
  • Obeying all posted signs, road and bridge restrictions, weight and height limits, and traffic laws;
  • Confirming that any road is legal and safe for your vehicle and load.

Never rely on HaulPath as your only source of navigation. Snatched Schedule is not responsible for fines, citations, tickets, delays, vehicle or property damage, injuries, or any other losses that result from following a route or using the app.

3. Bring-Your-Own-Key (BYOK) and Third-Party Services

HaulPath works with mapping and routing services that you connect using your own API key(s). You are responsible for obtaining your own keys, for any usage fees those providers bill you, and for complying with each provider's terms of service. Snatched Schedule is not affiliated with these providers and is not responsible for their accuracy, availability, data, pricing, or any charges to your account.

4. Profit & Expense Tracking

HaulPath's profit, expense, and mileage features (including any IFTA-related fields) are organizational tools only. They are not accounting, bookkeeping, tax, or legal advice, and they do not constitute official IFTA or tax filing. Always verify your own numbers and consult a qualified professional before filing taxes or reports.

5. License

When you purchase HaulPath, you receive a personal, non-transferable license to use the app for your own business. You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, or share the app or its files.

6. No Warranty

HaulPath is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including any warranty of accuracy, reliability, fitness for a particular purpose, or uninterrupted availability.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Snatched Schedule and its owner will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any lost profits, fines, citations, vehicle damage, or losses of any kind arising from your use of HaulPath. In all cases, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid for the app.

8. Refunds

Because HaulPath is a digital product delivered instantly, all sales are generally final. If you experience a technical problem, contact us and we'll do our best to help.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will always be posted on this page, and continued use of HaulPath means you accept any changes.
